Property embargos at Club La Costa World: Paradise Trading SL bank accounts frozen by court order

M1 Legal have requested, and the court has agreed, property embargos (asset freezes) against three bank accounts held by Paradise Trading S.L., a trading name of Club La Costa World. These embargos are not the result of enforcement action; they are precautionary measures granted at the outset of the lawsuit. By freezing assets in advance, the court can help avoid unnecessary delays if a judge later declares the contract null and void and an award becomes payable to the client.

In recent months there have also been several favourable judgements against Club La Costa World, with judges ordering awards to clients of M1 Legal. Below is a list of the judgements, issued against a range of companies operating under the Club La Costa World umbrella.
