Club La Costa contracts nulled by Spanish courts, £45,151 awarded in five rulings

We are pleased to share last week’s Spanish court results. M1 Legal secured five successful outcomes, with a total of £45,151 awarded. There are fewer victories than usual to report this week because the courts were closed for the pre-Christmas bank holidays on 6 and 8 December.

Club la Costa appeals

  • CLC Paradise – The Court of Appeal has upheld our first-instance win, confirming the contract is null and void. We were also awarded court costs. £11,327 awarded.
  • CLC Paradise – A second Court of Appeal decision has again upheld our first-instance victory, confirming contract nullity. We were also awarded court costs. £14,921 awarded.

We also achieved three further positive results against Anfi, Diamond Resorts and Marriott Vacation Club.
