Huge week of victories in Spanish timeshare court cases: £67,053 won vs Club La Costa
This week has brought a strong mix of results in the courts. Four of our five Club La Costa cases resulted in court rulings against Sucursal, with the fifth case against Continental. Combined, these five CLC cases total £67,053 in compensation awarded.
The remaining cases this week total £96,343, with rulings against:

- Leisure Dimensions & Resorts Sales
- ANFIPAN
- Silverpoint
- Diamond Resorts
- Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts
Alongside these substantive victories, our legal team also secured five further favourable judgments against Club La Costa Sucursal. Together, those additional rulings have a value of £93,221.
