Wins over CLC, Anfi and Diamond: £103,440 awarded in timeshare court victories
The final week of January brought seven more substantive court victories for our legal team.
Four of the judgments were against CLC, with a total of £51,829 awarded to our clients. Two further wins were secured against Anfi Sales and Anfi Resorts, totalling £36,394. The seventh victory was against Diamond Resorts, with £15,217 awarded.
Our team also secured a strong set of jurisdiction judgments this week. A further 14 favourable judgments were added, all against Club La Costa, under the contractual names CLC Sucursal and CLC Continental Resorts. These cases were heard in the Arona and Fuengirola courts.
