10 more Club La Costa court wins in Spain, with £163,003 awarded in Arona and Fuengirola
Over the past week, ten of our twelve substantive court judgments were handed down against Club La Costa (CLC) companies: Paradise Trading and Sucursal España. These cases were heard in the courts of Arona and Fuengirola. Together, the ten CLC judgments totalled £163,003 in awarded monies.
The remaining two court wins were against Ecomar & Leisure Dimensions Sucursal España and Explotación Hotelera P.A., with awards totalling £24,600 across both cases.
We also secured nine further favourable jurisdiction judgments involving Club La Costa, under the contractual names CLC Sucursal, CLC Continental Resorts and CLC Paradise Trading.
