Last week, we secured favourable outcomes in four substantive legal cases against Club La Costa (CLC). Across the four judgments, the total sum awarded came to £55,440.
In each case, the court declared the Club La Costa contracts null and void due to a lack of key information, including details of the property involved and when it would be available for the client to use.
Alongside these substantive wins, our legal team also obtained three favourable jurisdiction rulings against CLC, with the contractual parties named as CLC Paradise Trading, Continental Resorts and Sucursal. These matters were heard at the courts in Arona and Fuengirola.
