Another five favourable judgements: £46,730 awarded in Spanish timeshare court claims
We’re back this week with five more favourable judgements to report. Three of these cases were against Club La Costa, Continental Resorts and Sucursal. Together, they total £35,674 in awards.
In these cases, the court declared the fractional timeshare contracts null due to missing mandatory information on the object and the duration/period, as required under Law 4/2012.
We also secured favourable judgements against Anfi Sales SL and Diamond Resorts, bringing a further £11,056 in awards across these claims.
