Triple Anfi timeshare court victory and £41,590 CLC win in San Bartolomé de Tirajana
Three Anfi cases were heard this week at the San Bartolomé de Tirajana Court, and all three resulted in favourable judgements. Across the three rulings, the total amount awarded came to £25,108.
We also secured two further wins against CLC. In the first case, the amount awarded totalled £10,171; the second case had a value of £41,590.
In addition, our legal team achieved three more jurisdiction victories against Club La Costa. In these matters, the contractual parties were named as CLC Sucursal, CLC Continental Resorts and CLC Paradise trading.
