Our team secured some of the highest-value results in court last week in two cases involving Silverpoint Vacations. In one Silverpoint Vacations court case, the award totalled £39,511 (almost £40,000). In the second case, the court awarded £35,880. In both matters, the court found the contracts to be null because key information was missing from the agreements, meaning they did not meet the relevant legal requirements.
Three separate Club La Costa (CLC) substantive cases were also heard last week, with the contractual parties named as CLC Sucursal and CLC Paradise Trading. Across these three cases, the total awarded came to £37,383.
We also obtained four further favourable jurisdiction judgments against Club La Costa, under the contractual names CLC PLC and CLC Sucursal.
