Six more wins against Club La Costa: £105,387 awarded in November court victories
The first week of November was particularly busy in court for our legal team, with six cases heard against Club La Costa Sucursal. The highest award in a single Club La Costa case was £30,870, and the combined total awarded across these six Club La Costa court victories came to £105,387.
Alongside these substantive Club La Costa legal case outcomes, a further six Club La Costa jurisdiction cases were heard at Fuengirola court, all of which resulted in favourable outcomes.
We also had cases heard against Anfi and Diamond. In the Anfi case, the agreement was deemed null after it was found that the contract did not contain sufficient information about what product had been purchased or the period of ownership. Our clients were awarded £16,027.
In three Diamond substantive cases, the total awarded came to £31,865.
