Last week, the biggest court victory secured by our legal team was against Club La Costa, with an award of £30,870. The judge declared contract nullity due to a lack of information in the agreement, meaning it did not meet the required legal standards. In this case, the judge also ruled that all previous contracts were null. In a separate CLC Sucursal outcome from the same week, our client was awarded £11,667.
For similar reasons, contracts in cases brought against Diamonds and Anfi Sales over the past week were also deemed null. In the Diamonds case, the award was £12,834, and in the Anfi Sales case, £11,694 was awarded.
In addition, our legal team obtained five favourable jurisdiction judgements against CLC, heard at the Fuengirola and Arona Courts. The contractual names in these cases were CLC Sucursal and CLC Continental Resorts.
