In a timeshare case heard last week at Fuengirola court, our legal team secured another favourable substantive judgment against Diamond. The judge declared the Diamond timeshare contract null after finding that the agreement did not include sufficient information to meet the legal requirements. Our clients were awarded £12,349.

We also achieved two further wins: one against CLC Sucursal and another against Albatros Ventas. Combined, these judgments totalled £23,703 awarded.

Our biggest result of the week came in an Anfi timeshare court case, where the clients were awarded £23,983 (just under £24,000).

On jurisdiction decisions, last week also brought five more wins against Club La Costa.
