Wins over Anfi and Silverpoint: £79,263 awarded and contracts declared null in Arona court
Last week, we secured a court victory against Silverpoint at the Arona Court. The judge declared the agreement null and void because the contract did not include the information required to meet the relevant legal requirements. As a result, we recovered £18,912 for our clients.
We also achieved further wins against Anfi. Our legal team obtained favourable judgments in all three cases heard this week, with a combined total of £60,351 awarded.
In addition, we obtained five further favourable jurisdiction judgments against Club La Costa.
