Six timeshare court victories in one week: £88,118 awarded and contracts declared null and void
Last week, our legal team secured six substantive timeshare court victories in total. This included a case against Majexo in which the timeshare contract was declared null and void. We also won a case against Anfi, with £12,553 awarded, and a case against Diamond Resorts, with £24,449 awarded.
In addition, three substantive Club La Costa Continental cases resulted in a combined total of £51,116 in awards.
We also obtained favourable judgments in five separate jurisdiction cases against Club La Costa Sucursal in Fuengirola Court.
