£28k Club la Costa court victory as contract ruled null in Fuengirola and Arona
Last week our legal team secured four separate substantive judgments in Club La Costa timeshare court cases. In total, the court awards across these claims came to £78,320, with the highest individual award at £28,757. In each case, the Club La Costa (CLC) contracts were found to lack specific information about the exact size of the accommodation owned and when it could be used.
We also achieved eight jurisdiction wins against Club La Costa. These matters were heard in the Fuengirola and Arona courts.
The contractual names used across the cases above include CLC Paradise Trading and CLC Sucursal.
