Over £18,379 awarded in Club La Costa Arona court case outcome (contract null)

Our latest successful outcome was secured against CLC Continental Resorts in the Arona court. In this case, the judge was blunt with Club La Costa, stating that the company clearly misleads customers.

The key issues were a lack of clear information and a contract term exceeding 50 years, meaning the contract is null. In this matter, our legal team obtained £18,379 awarded to our client.

We’ve also received six further favourable jurisdiction judgements involving CLC, under the following contractual names:

  • CLC Sucursal
  • CLC PLC UK
  • CLC Paradise Trading

Across these cases, one of the main points was the court recognising Spain as CLC’s operational office. As a result, the court accepted that the claim could be submitted in Spain, in line with the law.
