£22,000 High Court victory against Silverpoint in Las Palmas contract nullity claim
We’ve recently secured a High Court victory against Silverpoint at the AP Las Palmas in Spain. The court upheld a contract nullity claim, and our clients were awarded £22,000.
We also achieved a further High Court win at the AP Las Palmas against Vista Amadores & Puerto Calma. The defendant appealed the first-instance judgment, but the High Court maintained the original decision and also ordered the defendant to pay costs, leaving our clients with £16,400.
In addition, our legal team secured six jurisdiction victories against CLC, in relation to contracts under the names CLC Continental Services and CLC Surcursal.
