Over the past week we have secured successful outcomes in timeshare legal claims against Diamond, Anfi and Club La Costa.
Our case against Diamond was heard at Fuengirola Court. The court found that the timeshare contract provided to our client when they purchased the membership did not contain sufficient detail about the accommodation requirements to comply with the law. Our legal team secured £15,011 in awards for the client.
In the second case, against Club La Costa, the contractual agreement was missing similar essential detail. Also heard at Fuengirola Court, the client obtained £26,031 in awarded monies, plus costs.
The case against Anfi was heard in the High Court after the resort appealed the first judgment. The original decision was upheld, and Anfi were also ordered to pay costs, leaving the claimant with £11,218 in awards.
In addition to these substantive victories, we have a further six favourable jurisdiction judgments against CLC Surcursal.
