£43,085 awarded in Club La Costa timeshare court case in Fuengirola, Spain
In a recent court win against Club La Costa (CLC), our legal team secured a judgment awarding our clients £43,085.26. We also achieved a further two wins against Club La Costa Sucursal, with awards totalling £16,799.16. All three cases were heard in Fuengirola, Spain, where the contracts were found to be unclear in their wording and information, and therefore did not meet the requirements of the law.
We also had three defeats in cases involving Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts. These cases took place in Gran Canaria, with awards totalling £49,194.30. The contracts were found to contain illegalities, including insufficient information about the accommodation.
In addition, we secured a win against Tasolán, with £26,000.31 awarded to our clients.
Our legal team has also been successful in further cases, including six more wins against CLC and another victory against MacDonald Resorts.
