£43,085 awarded in Club La Costa court case in Fuengirola, Spain

In a recent court case against Club La Costa (CLC), our legal team secured a favourable judgment, resulting in £43,085.26 being awarded to our clients. We also achieved two further wins against Club La Costa Sucursal, with awards totalling £16,799.16. All three cases were heard in Fuengirola, Spain. In each matter, the contracts were found to lack clarity in key information and wording, meaning they did not meet legal requirements.

In separate proceedings, we recorded three defeats against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts. These cases took place in Gran Canaria and totalled £49,194.30 awarded. The contracts were found to include illegalities, including insufficient information regarding accommodation.
