New year, new victories: M1 Legal wins Club La Costa claims with £11,000 awarded
To kick-start the New Year, the M1 Legal team has won a case against Club La Costa Paradise Trading. The claim was heard at the Court of First Instance in Arona in early January. The Judge found that the Club La Costa timeshare contract held by our clients was missing the accommodation details required to comply with Spanish timeshare law. As a result, the court awarded our clients over £11,000.
M1 Legal also succeeded in an appeal against Club La Costa PLC. The Judge again agreed with our lawyers and confirmed that, as the clients were based in the UK, they are entitled to choose where their claim is heard.
