Defeat for Club La Costa Paradise Trading in Arona Court as £16,643 awarded
Just days before the Christmas break, the M1 Legal team were still in court. We were once again successful against Club La Costa Paradise Trading after the company issued our clients with a contract that did not include the specific information required to meet legal requirements.
The case was heard at Arona Court, where the Judge awarded our clients £16,643.
