Another victory against Club La Costa in Fuengirola court case – £17,265 compensation ordered
M1 Legal are pleased to report another victory against Club La Costa, following a court case heard at the Court of First Instance in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol.
The court found that the timeshare contract did not meet the legal minimum requirements for describing the accommodation.
As a result, the judge ordered Club La Costa to pay the client £17,265.
