More clients say goodbye to the Club La Costa trap with a £17,635 court award in Arona
We are pleased to share another successful outcome for an M1 Legal client in a case against Club La Costa. At the Court of First Instance in Arona, the court heard that the contract did not set out the minimum legal requirements relating to the accommodation.
The Judge ruled in our clients’ favour and awarded legal costs of £17,635.
In addition, the M1 Legal team achieved a further five jurisdiction victories against Club La Costa across the Arona Courts and Málaga’s High Court.
