Club La Costa lose again as Fuengirola court rules contract null and void, awards £14,973
Another court case against Club La Costa has been heard at the Court of First Instance in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, with the judgment going in favour of M1 Legal.
The court found that the timeshare contract did not disclose accommodation information. On that basis, the judge ruled the Club La Costa timeshare contract invalid (null and void).
Club La Costa were ordered to pay the client £14,973.
