M1 Legal are pleased to report a “double victory” in two Club La Costa timeshare claims in Spain.
Both hearings were held at the Court of First Instance in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol.
In each case, the court found that the contracts failed to disclose the minimum legal requirements relating to the accommodation.
The contracts were issued under the following names:
-Continental Resort Services SLU
-Club La Costa (UK) PLC Sucursal en España
The judge ruled that both contracts were null and void and ordered Club La Costa to pay M1 Legal’s clients compensation of £22,659 and £14,533.
Another positive outcome for M1 Legal’s clients.
