This week, M1 Legal reported five successful cases against Anfi Group.

Across all five claims, the Anfi timeshare contracts were found not to meet minimum legal requirements, as they did not properly set out key accommodation details, including when the accommodation could be used and what, specifically, was included.

In addition, two of the contracts were in perpetuity (with no end date).

The judge ruled that all five Anfi contracts were null and void.

Anfi Group were ordered to pay a total of £99,862 in compensation, averaging £19,972 per case.

Alongside the Anfi outcomes, M1 Legal also reported a further four jurisdiction decisions involving Club La Costa. CLC argued that the matters should not be heard in Spain; however, in all four cases the decision was overruled. The contractual names were:

Paradise Trading S.L.U

Continental Resort Services SL

Club la Costa PLC EP

Club la Costa (UK) Sucursal en España

A strong week of results against Anfi Group and Club La Costa.
