Following our court victory against Club La Costa on 1 July, we’re pleased to share another significant win against Club La Costa, secured by M1 Legal.
The Court of First Instance in Arona, Tenerife heard that the contract was in perpetuity, meaning it had no end date. The agreement also failed to meet key legal minimum requirements on accommodation information, with essential details such as Land Registry references and the period of use not included. The judge ruled the contract null and void, and ordered Continental Resort Services S.L. to repay the client £41,590.
Well done to the M1 Legal team, and congratulations to their client.
