Two jurisdiction appeal victories against Club La Costa, with cases heard in Spain
M1 Legal are pleased to confirm two further jurisdiction wins in cases involving Club La Costa.
In both appeals, the judge ruled that the contractual parties—Club La Costa (UK) Sucursal en Espana and CLC (Paradise Trading SL)—are Spanish entities, and that the claims should be heard in Spain. The cases are now being re-submitted and fast-tracked to the lower courts.
These two decisions add to the previous five jurisdiction victories relating to Club La Costa.
