Kicking off 2019 with a Club La Costa High Court victory: contract null and void, £29,556 awarded
M1 Legal is starting the New Year with another Club La Costa High Court victory.
In a Spanish court ruling, the court found in favour of our clients and held that their Club La Costa timeshare contract did not meet the legal minimum requirements. The judge declared the contract null and void and awarded a payout of £29,556.
