Victory against Club La Costa as Spanish court declares contract null and void
Club La Costa is paying out once again after our legal team secured another court win for our client.
At a hearing last week in a local Spanish court, the Judge declared the Club La Costa timeshare contract null and void.
In addition – and crucially for our client – the Judge ordered the defendants to cancel the related loan agreement and cover all costs and expenses associated with that cancellation.
