European Consumer Claims (ECC) is a timeshare claims and relinquishment firm with offices in the USA, Spain and the UK. ECC works alongside Spanish timeshare lawyers, M1 Legal.
European Consumer Claims has been pursuing compensation claims against timeshare resorts since 2016 and currently employs more than 150 staff.
ECC has helped thousands of timeshare owners escape the ongoing financial obligations attached to their memberships. This experience supports ECC’s position as a leading timeshare contract specialist in Europe. Most relinquishments are completed within a few months, although some cases can take longer.
Before you decide whether to instruct ECC for a relinquishment, you will be given an estimated timescale.
ECC has achieved (at time of going to press) more than 1,100 successful judgments and £20 million in compensation awards since the company’s inception six years ago. ECC also has more than 1,000 additional cases currently being managed through the courts. Spanish claims are handled by M1 Legal, while UK claims are handled by London-based solicitors Pinder Reaux Associates Ltd.
While some compensation awards exceed £100,000, the average award is around £20,000.
ECC has a strong record of success, with case results published on its website. M1 Legal also publishes compensation victories in more detail on its own site.
European Consumer Claims reviews, including video reviews, are published so prospective clients can see and hear from real customers and judge their experiences for themselves.
All ECC reviews are audited by KFP Consulting, headed by Leon Livermore, the former CEO of Trading Standards UK. Leon’s team contacts clients and checks authenticity against three key criteria:
ECC also has close to five stars on every major external customer review site.
