Client testimony: Anfi Del Mar compensation claim after illegal timeshare deposit (£16,725)
Watch this video testimony from ECC client Paul Agar about his Anfi Del Mar timeshare compensation claim. Paul and his wife, Domenica, bought a timeshare membership from Anfi Del Mar in Gran Canaria in 2005. Their timeshare contract was illegal because they paid a deposit on the day of purchase.
ECC has claimed compensation from Anfi on their behalf of £16,725 so far, with several thousand pounds still pending.
Mr and Mrs Agar’s main aim was to be released from the ongoing commitment of paying ever-increasing annual fees to Anfi. ECC ended their contract, with the added benefit of the compensation payment.
