Important: Anfi Group timeshare owners advice on signing the new Continental Trustee contract

We have been made aware that Anfi Sales SL is contacting Anfi Members about signing a new agreement with a fiduciary company, Continental Trustee Ltd. The stated purpose is to introduce stricter control of property inventory, and we understand there is no change to your rights to use accommodation.

However, we have also seen that the document being sent to members refers to the termination of the previous contract.

Law firm M1 Legal has stated that this may be a strategy to end older Anfi contracts and reduce the risk of future court claims. Anfi has a large number of claims currently progressing through the Spanish courts in relation to non-compliant contracts. M1 Legal alone has 202 live cases valued at £4.4 million.

IMPORTANT – If you sign the new contract, you may forfeit your right to claim.

This is not the first time we have seen this approach used.
