With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak affecting businesses worldwide, many services have had to pause or change the way they work. In Spain, the mandatory lockdown has limited residents to staying at home, except for essential trips such as buying food or medicine.

At M1 Legal, our legal team can continue working safely from home. The health and overall wellbeing of our staff is our highest priority, and our office will remain closed until we are advised it is safe to reopen. However, we are still operational, so if you have questions or need legal assistance, our team remains easy to reach online. Please note that, as the Spanish courts are also closed, we will be unable to submit new claims and cases until they reopen and are functioning as normal.

We will soon be launching an online client area to help keep clients up to date. Clients will receive access credentials so they can log in to view the status of their case and see which of our lawyers has been assigned. While the courts remain closed, you may not see movement straight away; once they are back up and running, you will be able to track your case progress online.

We understand it can be difficult to find the right time to sit down and talk through timeshare concerns. If you are spending more time at home during lockdown, this may be a good opportunity to review your options, including timeshare exit and timeshare relinquishment. We provide timeshare relinquishment, claims and advice services, and you can speak to our legal advisers from home via our online chat or by calling us to book a consultation.

Finally, we would like to wish you good health and reassure you that we remain available should you need to contact us.
