£155K in court awards: 11 more Club La Costa (CLC) timeshare victories
This week, our legal team secured 11 further court victories against Club La Costa (CLC), adding to our growing list of successful outcomes. These CLC claims were brought under the contractual names Sucursal and Continental Resorts. In total, the awards across these Club La Costa cases came to £155,134.
We also received a favourable judgment against Diamond Resorts valued at £18,093, plus a further judgment against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts valued at £9,149.
Alongside these substantive results, our legal team also achieved 11 further jurisdiction victories. Two of these decisions were against Diamond Resorts, with the remainder against Club La Costa.
