Last week, our legal team were in the Balearic Court in Palma de Mallorca, where they secured our latest win against Marriott.

In this case, the Marriott timeshare contract was nullified because the agreement did not comply with the requirements of Law 42/1998. Specifically, the contract duration exceeded the legal limit, running for more than 50 years.

As a result, our clients were awarded £14,980 in their case against Marriott.
