£64,221 awarded in Club la Costa timeshare claim and jurisdiction judgment wins
Last week, our biggest win was a case against Club La Costa (CLC), with a total award of £64,221. The CLC contractual agreement did not set out enough detail about what the timeshare owners had actually bought, or the period the purchase covered.
We also concluded two Anfi cases, with awards of £8,291 in one case and £8,526 in the other.
Alongside the compensation outcomes, we secured seven favourable jurisdiction judgments against CLC, involving contracts in the names of: Club La Costa Sucursal, CLC Continental Resorts, Paradise Trading and Reymonte Title 2.
