Back in the courts: Club La Costa jurisdiction judgments and a fractional contract declared null in Spain
During August, Spain’s courts largely pause for the summer recess. We’re pleased to be reporting on new court victories again as the courts reopen.
Over the past week, as hearings resumed, several of our cases were listed and heard.
We secured favourable judgments in two jurisdiction cases against Club La Costa, relating to contracts in the names of CLC Paradise and CLC Sucursal.
In addition, our legal team achieved a successful result in a substantive case against Resort Sales & Marketing Sol. The court declared the fractional contract null due to a lack of information about which accommodation the clients owned and when it could be used. Our clients were awarded £5,454.
