Last week, our biggest court victory was against Club La Costa, with a total award of £27,890. The judgment was based on Law 04/2012, which led to the nullity of the contract. In practice, this meant the agreement lacked sufficient detail, exceeded the legal time period and had been mis-sold as a property investment.

Our legal team also secured two court wins against Tasolan, with both cases heard at San Bartolomé de Tirajana Court. Together, the judgments totalled £11,643 in monies awarded.

In addition, we obtained a favourable judgment against Ecomar & Leisure Dimensions, with £6,797 awarded to the clients, and a further favourable judgment against Infiniti Resort Sales for £3,600. Both were default judgments because the opposing parties did not respond. In each case, the decision was based on the contractual agreements exceeding the legal time period and the object of the contracts not being properly described.
