Our case against Anfi was heard at Court No. 5 in San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The judge declared the timeshare contract null and also annulled the related loan agreement (including interest). Anfi were ordered to reimburse the full amount, with interest calculated from the date of purchase. For this client, that means 15 years of interest added to the £12,616 awarded.
This week we also secured a further victory against Club La Costa Sucursal at Court No. 5 in Fuengirola. In this case, the contract was found to be defective because it did not set out key accommodation details, including what the owner could use and when. We are pleased to confirm the client was awarded £15,271.68 in total, including costs.
In addition, there were four more jurisdiction cases against Club La Costa, under the contractual names Club La Costa Sucursal en España and Club La Costa UK Sucursal, all of which we successfully concluded.
