£27,311 victory as Anfi Sales appeal rejected in Gran Canaria court ruling
Anfi Sales attempted to overturn the first-instance judgment by lodging an appeal. The matter was heard by the Audiencia Provincial Court in Gran Canaria. Despite Anfi Sales’ objections, the court upheld the original decision, refusing the appeal attempts and ruling in favour of M1 on both occasions. The Anfi Sales timeshare contract provided to our clients was found not to meet the required legal standards, and the Judge awarded our clients £27,311, a result they were pleased to receive.
