Over £19,000 win against Silverpoint Vacations in Tenerife High Court timeshare case
Just before Christmas, M1 Legal secured another successful outcome in a court case against Silverpoint Vacations. The matter was heard at the High Court in Tenerife, Canary Islands. The Silverpoint Vacations contract our clients had obtained did not meet certain legal requirements, including terms that did not comply with the time period and accommodation rules set out in law.
Our legal team succeeded, and the Judge awarded our clients £19,476.
