This week brings another double win against Anfi Sales, with both cases heard at the San Bartolomé de Tirajana court in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. In each claim, the timeshare contracts lacked the minimum accommodation details required — including clear information about what was purchased and when the clients could use their timeshare.
As a result, the court deemed both contracts null and void, and the judge ordered Anfi to pay £19,128 and £26,048.
Congratulations to the M1 Legal team on another excellent result.
