Another positive result against Silverpoint. The case was heard at the Arona Court in Tenerife. The court found that Silverpoint Vacations had issued the client with an unlawful contract because it failed to include key accommodation details required by law, including what was being purchased and when it could be used. The Judge ruled that the contract should be nullified and ordered Silverpoint to pay the client £54,260, including costs.

Another great outcome for the client — well done, M1 Legal.
