Diamond Resorts defeated again as Spain court rules contract null and void, £13,790 payout

Infinity pool with tiled water and ladder, overlooking palm trees, sun loungers and white parasols by the sea at a beach resort

In this case, the Diamond Resorts contract issued by the resort ran beyond the legal 50-year limit and failed to include essential accommodation details required by law, including what the clients had purchased and when they were entitled to use it. The judge therefore declared the agreement null and void and ordered Diamond Resorts (contractual name – Diamond Resorts Europe Limited Sucursal en España) to pay the client £13,790.
