Anfi sales contract nulled as null and void in court, £10,168 awarded
Anfi Sales have been defeated in another case brought against them by M1 Legal. As in many similar claims, the issue was a timeshare agreement with an end date that would never be reached. When the matter went to court in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, the judge declared the Anfi sales contract null and void.
Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts were ordered to pay the client £10,168.
