ANOTHER ORDER AGAINST ANFI GROUP

We are pleased to report another hearing which transpired in favour of M1 Legal.

On this occasion, as on many others, the contract was found to exceed the legal stated limit which of course led to immediate nullity. On top of this, the contract lacked complexity in detail which again is illegal in Spanish law regarding timeshare.
