Another court ruling against ANFI Group as timeshare contract declared null and void
We are pleased to report another court hearing that concluded in favour of M1 Legal, involving the Anfi Group.
As in many Anfi Group timeshare court cases, the judge found the timeshare contract exceeded the legal time limit set under Spanish timeshare law, meaning the agreement was deemed null and void. In addition, the contract did not contain the required level of detail, which again breaches Spanish timeshare regulations.
Our M1 Legal team supported the client throughout the court process, helping to bring the matter to a successful conclusion. In this case, the court awarded the clients £10,154.
