We are pleased to report another win for the M1 Legal team. In this Royal Park Albatros court case, the hearing was held at the Court of First Instance in Granadilla de Abona. The court heard that the contract did not set out the minimum accommodation requirements, including what the clients owned and when they could use it.
The clients’ contract issued by Royal Park Albatros was deemed null and void by the judge, and Royal Park Albatros was ordered to fully compensate the clients, totalling £24,729.
Congratulations to the M1 Legal team and their client on this result.
