M1 Legal secure another Silverpoint victory as contract is declared null and void in Tenerife

Swimming pool with sun loungers, palm trees and a thatched gazebo overlooking the sea at a resort in Tenerife

The case was heard at the Court of First Instance in Arona, Tenerife. The court found that the Silverpoint contract failed to set out the minimum legal requirements on the accommodation, including what the clients owned and when they were entitled to use it. It also found that the contract term exceeded 50 years.

The judge declared the contract null and void and ordered Silverpoint Vacations to pay the client £13,332.

This is another successful Silverpoint result for M1 Legal.
